5. Client Responsibilities

- Respond timeously to requests for approvals, information, and decisions
- Respect agreed timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations
Athénaïa Agency Wedding & Event Planners is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.
6. Third-Party Suppliers
While we may recommend or coordinate with third-party suppliers (including venues, caterers, decorators, and service providers), Athénaïa Agency Wedding & Event Planners is not responsible for the performance, acts, or omissions of such third parties.
Contracts with third-party suppliers are entered into directly between the client and the supplier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Athénaïa Agency Wedding & Event Planners reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made as agreed
- There is a material breach of these Terms or the service agreement
